  • Production Process
    • Anti-plasma surface treatment

      Anti-plasma surface treatment is mainly used in semiconductors, packaging and testing, plasma etching processes and plasma cleaning processes in photovoltaic plants. It is composed of Al2O3 or SiC as the main raw material and is a completely inorganic nano-bonding agent. The finished paint has anti-plasma properties. Breakdown, high hardness, heat insulation, acid resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance up to 800°C, suitable for various plasma etching processes, and the products comply with ROHS test specifications.

    • Anti-stick surface treatment

      Nano-silicon anti-fouling, easy-to-clean and anti-stick surface treatment is used in the semiconductor optoelectronics field such as: large panel suction cups, semiconductor wafer vacuum suction cups, packaging and testing factory IC chip suction cups, wafer back-adhesive processes, and can also be combined with ESD anti-static Anti-stick applications. Our company's surface treatment technology and nano-coating can be completely cleaned and reworked in special solvents to increase customer yield and the cost of purchasing new products. However, PTFE treatment is difficult to rework and clean and the product life is limited.

    • ESD antistatic surface treatment

      Our company's ESD antistatic surface treatment, in addition to high wear resistance, mainly has extremely high advantages in static electricity generation and static electricity dissipation values.
      There is almost "zero" static electricity generation. Current electrostatic friction tests are usually below 1V, and specifications below 10V can easily meet the standards. Static electricity dissipation can be completed within 1 second under a 1000V electrode test, which is far better than the industry standard of 10 seconds. Especially in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging production lines that pay attention to yield, it significantly reduces potential production risks and improves yield, giving it a very high competitive advantage.
